How do I manage vehicles in RFLEET?

Vehicles: Manage Vehicles, Manage RPLATEs, and Registration Renewals

  • Add Vehicle: Single (Needs Registration) or Multiple (needs a CSV file)

    • Adding VIN (then tabbing) will pre-populate the Make/Model/Year

    • Owners Address will also pre-populate

    • Need a Vehicle name: typically the License Plate Number (user can change it later if desired)

  • Registration Renewal

    • Renew All (renews all vehicles added to dashboard)

    • Renew RPLATEs (renews all vehicles with an RPLATE installed)

    • Renew Non-Digital Plates (self explanatory)

  • Search Bar (helps locate a particular vehicle based on SN, VIN, of License Plate)

  • Map View (Shortcut to Monitor Section)

  • Filter Button [Fleet Group/Personnel/Vehicle Status/Renewal Due Soon/Actions Required/Registration in Progress]

  • Download [PDF or CSV of the Vehicle information currently in the Manage Section]

Click on a Vehicle Row

  • Summary appears on the Right hand side(if vehicle has assigned RPLATE)

    • Current Plate Image

    • Current Location (if Wired plate)

    • Toggle for Location Services Tracking and Geofence Notifications

    • Trip Data and Documents associated to vehicle [Miles Traveled, Hours Driven, # of Trips]

  • Vehicle Row Functions

    • Can set the Status(Available, In Use, or Out of Service), Personnel, and Fleet Group (Personnel and Fleet Group optional, Equipment # is optional for company internal use tracking)

  • Assign RPLATE or Shows Assigned RPLATE S/N

    • Will need the Vehicle already added

    • Recommended to be done prior to installation to remove potential hurdle of verifying plate is installed correctly during installation and needing Reviver Employee on call

  • View Registration Renewal Status

    • Green = Good (next renewal over 75 days away)

    • Yellow = Renewal is soon (Within 75 days)

    • Red = Expired

    • Action Buttons = Renew, Upload Registration Document, etc…

3 Vertical Dots (far right on Vehicle Row)

  • Drop Down Menu

    • Customize (Goes to Messaging Page for this RPLATE)

    • Edit Vehicle (View details of vehicle, edit name, or upload insurance information.)

    • Delete (Informs customer to contact support to delete vehicle as customer does not have access to this function.)

    • Download Registration/Insurance Documents

    • Report as Stolen (Requires law enforcement report to complete.)
