How do I add a vehicle in RFLEET?

  1. Obtain registration documentation for all vehicle being added

  2. Click Add Vehicle in Manage Section

  3. Click Add Single Vehicle

  4. Input all the required information(everything with a red Asterisk)

    1. VIN (will auto populate the vehicle info)

    2. Plate Type(Temporary or Permanent) This will be on the registration document

    3. Plate Number

    4. Expiration Date

    5. State

    6. Registration Type(Standard, Commercial, Exempt)

    7. Upload Registration Image

    8. Address

    9. Vehicle Name

  5. Click Next

  6. Select a plate to assign to this vehicle

  7. Dashboard will display vehicle added and ask if there is another vehicle to add

  8. New vehicle will be listed in Manage Vehicle section and displate Verifying under Registration Status

    1. Verification process will take approximately 2 days to complete or can request can be put in the Provisioning Request Teams channel to be expedited.

  9. Once verified, the plate is ready for installation.
