Troubleshooting your Wired RPLATE

For proper operation, wired RPLATEs require a continuous power supply of 12 V, even when the vehicle is turned off. To prevent the car battery from draining, the plates are equipped with a built-in feature that automatically switches them to low power mode when the car's voltage drops below 10.5 V. It is important to keep in mind that the RPLATE will not update if the voltage falls below 5.5V.
