This article explains warranty limitations, replacement options, and what information may be needed to move forward.
Warranty Coverage Limitations
The RPLATE warranty covers electronic and manufacturing defects. It does not cover physical damage caused by external forces.
Examples of damage that are not covered include:
Cracked or shattered screens
Impact damage from accidents or road debris
Car wash damage from rollers, brushes, or high-pressure equipment
Bent brackets, broken mounts, or housing damage
Vandalism or attempted theft
If the screen is cracked, the plate may continue to function temporarily, but replacement is recommended to prevent water intrusion and further damage.
