Why is there a charge from “Fragile” on my statement?

If you see a charge (or email) from Fragile, it is not fraud.

Fragile is a third-party partner that offers a month-to-month subscription option for the RPLATE. This subscription is an alternative to purchasing the RPLATE outright.

How Fragile billing works

If you chose the Fragile subscription option:

  • Your monthly Fragile charge includes both the RPLATE hardware and the service plan in one bundled fee

  • You do not pay a separate service plan charge to Reviver

  • The RPLATE is rented, not owned

  • If you cancel the subscription, the RPLATE must be returned

If you instead purchased the RPLATE outright, Reviver bills the service plan separately.

Why you might see charges from both Fragile and Reviver

Customers using the Fragile subscription typically only see Fragile charges.

The only charge you may see from Reviver while using Fragile is a registration renewal fee, if you complete a vehicle registration renewal in the app.
