Essential plan
The replacement battery is not included. You will receive an invoice that covers both the battery replacement fee and shipping and handling.
In all cases, the invoice will clearly show what you are being charged for.
Why Shipping and Handling Is Charged
Shipping and handling covers packaging, tracking, and delivery of a regulated hardware component. These costs vary and are billed separately from service plans to keep plan pricing consistent.
How the Replacement Process Works
Contact Reviver Support about a low or failed battery. Support will confirm your plan and replacement eligibility, then emails a secure invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the replacement battery is shipped.
Printed installation instructions are included with the battery.
