Before you begin
Enable Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings.
Check Pairing: Your phone must be paired to your RPLATE. If it isn't, follow the prompt to pair on the app's Home screen.
Steps to Personalize
Open the App: Tap the RPLATE image or select Personalize RPLATE on the Home screen.
Make Changes: Choose your custom banner, light/dark mode, or other available elements.
Tap Publish: This prepares the update to be sent to your plate.
Sync the Data: Stay near your vehicle with the app open. The update should begin automatically.
If the update doesn’t start If your plate doesn’t reflect the changes within a minute:
Manual Sync: Double-press the Home button on the lower-right corner of the RPLATE to trigger the connection.
Troubleshooting: If you see a "Not Synced" prompt in the app, tap it to re-establish the connection.
