If you can sign in
Go to Account
Select Security
Enter your current password and choose a new one
Tap Update Password
You can also turn Face ID (biometric login) on or off from this screen.
If you can’t sign in
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address
Tap Forgot Password?
Check your email and follow the reset link
Create a new password, then return to the app and sign in
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
