How to Change the Plan You’ll Have After Your Included Premium Term Ends

Understand and manage service plans and transitions after your current service plan ends.

Updated over a month ago

Important to understand first

If you purchased your RPLATE with an included service plan, that plan is Premium.

You will keep Premium for the full length of the included service term. You cannot downgrade during that included period, and nothing will change right away.

What you can do is choose which plan you want to roll into after the included Premium term ends.

If you do nothing, your plan will automatically renew into Premium at the end of the included term.

To make sure your plan renews into Plus or Essential instead, you must select the downgrade ahead of time.

What “cancel upcoming renewal” actually means

Canceling the upcoming renewal does not cancel your current Premium plan and does not turn off your service.

It simply tells the system:

“When my included Premium term ends, do not renew Premium.”

Once you cancel the upcoming renewal, you can choose the plan you want to start after your included term ends.

How to select a downgrade for after your included term ends

  1. Open the Reviver app and sign in

  2. Go to Account

  3. Select Manage Your Service Plans

  4. Tap the three dots (⋯)

  5. Select Cancel Upcoming Renewal

  6. Choose the plan you want to roll into next (Plus or Essential)

  7. Confirm and verify the scheduled plan shows your selected downgrade

Your current Premium plan will remain active until the included service term ends. The new plan will start automatically at that time.

If you already see a Premium renewal scheduled

This is normal until you change it.

As long as you cancel the upcoming renewal and select a new plan before the included term ends, you will not be charged for Premium again.
