What to do
If you want to transfer the plate to another vehicle you already own
Open the Reviver app and go to Settings (gear icon) → Remove or Transfer RPLATE → Transfer.
Follow the steps to assign the plate to another vehicle you own.
If you sold the vehicle to a new owner and left the plate attached
Contact Reviver Support to release your interest in the plate. This allows the new owner to claim the RPLATE and activate service correctly.
If you no longer want to use the plate
You can cancel your service plan in the app by going to Account → Manage Your Service Plans, selecting your plan, and choosing Cancel.
If you have prepaid service remaining, your plan will stay active until the end of the paid service period and then end automatically.
Canceling a service plan does not cancel hardware obligations.
If your plate is billed through Fragile on a monthly subscription, you can cancel directly with Fragile. These subscriptions can typically be canceled at any time, and the plate must be returned.
If the plate was damaged or stolen
