How to Cancel Your Service Plan

You can cancel your RPLATE service plan at any time in the Reviver app. Here’s how it works and what to expect.

How to cancel

  1. Open the Reviver app.

  2. Go to Account → Manage Your Service Plans.

  3. Select your plan and choose Cancel.

What happens after you cancel

Your plan stays active through the end of the term you’ve already paid for. On your renewal date, your plan ends automatically and you won’t be charged again. After that, you’ll no longer have access to the features in the Reviver app and website.

To avoid being charged for another year, cancel before your renewal date. All service plans are billed annually.

If you’re paying off your plate through a subscription

If you bought your RPLATE on a Reviver payment plan that covers both the hardware and the service plan, you’ll need to finish paying off the plate before you can cancel or change your service plan. Cancelling a service plan doesn’t cancel hardware payments you still owe.

If your plate is billed monthly through Whim (formerly Fragile), cancel directly with Whim. These subscriptions can usually be cancelled at any time, but the plate must be returned.

If you sold your car, it was totaled, or your plate was stolen

Cancelling your plan doesn’t release the plate from your account. If you sold the vehicle with the plate attached, contact Reviver Support so the new owner can claim it. If you want to move the plate to another car you own, you can transfer it instead of cancelling. See “If You Sold Your Car or It Was Totaled” and “What to Do If Your RPLATE Is Stolen.”
