Why is my warranty voided if I don’t use a Reviver-approved installer for a Wired RPLATE?

The Wired RPLATE requires a constant, properly wired power source to operate correctly. Installation involves connecting the plate to your vehicle’s electrical system, which can be complex and varies by vehicle.

If the plate is not installed correctly, it can:

  • Malfunction or lose power

  • Drain the vehicle’s battery

  • Cause electrical issues that damage the plate or the vehicle

To prevent these issues, Reviver requires Wired RPLATE installations to be completed by Reviver-approved installers who are trained to wire the plate safely and correctly.

When a Wired RPLATE is installed by an approved installer, Reviver backs the installation and provides a 2-year, full-coverage warranty. Installations performed by non-approved installers fall outside this guarantee, which is why the warranty does not apply.

If you have questions about approved installers or installation requirements, Reviver Support can help.
