If the state system is offline, the Reviver app will block affected actions and display the current operating hours for the state system.
What May Be Affected
While the state system is unavailable:
Registration renewals cannot be submitted
Payments and renewal processing are paused
Registration status updates may be delayed
These restrictions are temporary and fully state-driven.
What This Means for Your RPLATE
If you attempted a renewal while the state system is unavailable:
No charges are submitted
Your information is not lost
The plate remains on its last valid display until processing resumes
Once the state system becomes available, we'll notify you in the Reviver app so you can continue your renewal.

Review the displayed state system hours in the app
Return during an available window to complete your transaction
